Friday January 28 Dr. Oscar Jarava reviewed a case about a patient treated at the institution who presented an ischemic cerebrovascular event with electrocardiographic changes suggestive of wave damage in the face but without clinical anteroseptal acute coronary syndrome, under this context concluded that acute changes in the electrocardiogram were secondary to acute cerebrovascular disease which is why the clinical case presentation and literature review.
